Taste The Magic Of Paneer Yakni With This Quick Recipe

250g paneer, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 large onion, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 cup yogurt, Salt to taste.

Ingredients

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, and saute. Add sliced onions and cook until golden. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and saute until fragrant.

Saute Onions & Spices

Add paneer cubes and saute for 3-4 minutes until slightly golden.

Cook The Paneer

Lower the heat and add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir well to coat the paneer.

Add Yogurt & Spices

Cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavours to blend. Add a splash of water if necessary for consistency.

Simmer The Yakni
