Sunny Priyan
200g paneer, 4-5 green chilies, 1-2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil.
In a dry pan, lightly roast sesame seeds until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
Grind green chilies, garlic, and cumin seeds into a coarse paste.
Heat oil in a pan, saute turmeric for a minute, then add crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add thecha paste to the paneer, mix well, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in sesame seeds and salt, cook for another minute.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
