4 boneless chicken thighs, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp honey or sugar, 1 tbsp Korean chili paste, 2 garlic cloves, Sesame seeds and green onions.
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, Korean chili paste, & minced garlic. Coat the chicken with the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat, and cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
In a separate pan, simmer any leftover marinade on low heat for 2-3 minutes to thicken into a sauce.
Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle the thickened sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve with rice or your favourite side. Enjoy your flavourful Korean-style chicken!
