- 2 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and cubed - 1 tsp chaat masala - 1/2 tsp red chili powder - 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp black salt - Juice of 1 lemon - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped - Optional: Pomegranate seeds, green chutney, tamarind chutney
1. Boil or roast the sweet potatoes until tender. 2. Peel and cube them into bite-sized pieces.
1. In a mixing bowl, add cubed sweet potatoes. 2. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and black salt. 3. Drizzle lemon juice and toss well to coat.
1. Top with fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds for a burst of flavor and color. 2. For extra tanginess, add a drizzle of green chutney or tamarind chutney.
- Use roasted sweet potatoes for a smoky flavor. - Add chopped onions and green chilies for a spicy kick. - Adjust spices and chutneys as per taste.
