Tandoori Momos Recipe: A Smoky Twist To Your FavoUrite Snack

Deep fry prepared momos in hot oil for 1-2 minutes until half cooked, strain and set aside. 

Prepare a marinade by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.

Coat the momos well in the marinade. 

Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the momos until charred on all sides. 

Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with chaat masala and onions. 

Serve the hot and flavorful tandoori momos immediately.
