Prepare momos and deep fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes until half cooked, strain and set aside.
Mix all marination ingredients in a bowl, then toss momos to coat well.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, then pan fry the momos until charred on all sides.
Gently toss the momos to ensure all sides are cooked.
Remove the momos to a serving plate.
Sprinkle with chaat masala and onions, then serve hot.
