Sweet & Tasty Yeasted Belgian Waffles Recipe

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, and melted butter into a batter. 

Cover and ferment overnight for at least 8 hours. 

In the morning, add an egg and baking soda, mix well for a fluffy batter.

Preheat and grease the waffle maker. 

Cook batter in the waffle maker for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy. 

Serve hot with maple syrup or honey.
