Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
Arrange sweet potato slices on the sheet and brush with half the butter.
Sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the slices.
Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the slices over.
Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar.
Bake for another 15 minutes until tender.
