You need a rice, coconut, cardamom, jaggery, ghee and dry fruits.
Heat ghe in a pan and add aval or poha, roast the poha.
In a grinder, add roas aval and jaggery Grind to a slightly semi-coarse mixture.
Heat ghee in a frying pan, add cashew, raisins, cardamom powder. Fry till the raisins swell up.
Add fried dry fruits and ghee mixture to the ground poha and jaggery mixture. Mix it well.
Then, add 2 tablespoons ghee aand milk, mix again.
Start shaping the laddu, You have to keep on adding ghee in parts, till you can easily make Poha Laddu.
Shape into small laddu and keep aside. Serve Aval Laddu and enjoy.
