Peel and chop 2 large bananas, add 6 tbsp raw sugar, and mash well with a fork or potato masher.
Add ¼ cup oil, ¼ cup almond milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until smooth.
Sift 1.25 cups whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix it.
Add the sifted dry ingredients and 6 tbsp vegan chocolate chips to the banana mixture. Gently fold without overmixing.
Pour the batter in the prepared loaf pan. Level neatly on the top with a spatula.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden. Check the doneness of the bread with a fork or bamboo skewer.
Slice the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread and serve as a sweet snack or dessert.
