Grease a glass mold with oil and set it aside.
Prepare a soft-ball stage sugar syrup using sugar, water, and lemon juice.
Mix cornstarch, cream of tartar, and water, then cook until thickened.
Gradually add the sugar syrup to the mixture and cook until sticky and thick.
Add vanilla, rose extract, food colour, and pour into the greased mold to set overnight.
Cut into cubes, coat with a sugar-cornflour mix, and enjoy your Turkish delight!
