1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, salted caramel sauce, flaky sea salt, chocolate shavings/chips.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Whisk together cocoa powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cupcakes to cool completely. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and chocolate shavings.
