1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup orange juice, zest of 1 orange, 1/2 cup buttermilk.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
Heat ghee in a pan.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest, then mix until well combined.
Alternately add the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture, mixing gently.
Spoon the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool, then top with creamy vanilla or orange frosting.
