Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and score chicken pieces.
Blend marinade ingredients until smooth and marinate chicken overnight.
Drizzle chicken with oil and place on a baking tray.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, then grill for 10 minutes until golden and charred.
Return chicken to oven to let sauce thicken and become sticky.
Serve hot with lemon juice and extra sauce.
