Mix marinade ingredients and pour over chicken in a ziplock bag, marinate for 3-24 hours.
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line trays with foil and parchment.
Arrange chicken on trays, pour marinade over, and roast for 30 minutes.
Roast for an additional 20 minutes, basting with pan juices until golden and sticky.
Switch tray positions halfway through for even cooking.
Serve on leafy greens, garnished with orange slices.
