1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup whole milk, 2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, using an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add dry ingredients, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Gently fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor and texture.
Use Confectioners' sugar, for dusting, and serve.
