1/2 cup Ragi flour, 2 cups Milk, 1 tsp Jaggery, 1/4 tsp Cardamom, Nuts and water.
In a pan, dry roast the ragi flour on low heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Let it cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in jaggery and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Top your porridge with fresh fruits and a handful of nuts for extra crunch and nutrition.
