Slice the apples and blood oranges. In a medium bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
In a large punch bowl, add the apple slices, blood orange rounds, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds.
Let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over. Garnish with additional fruit if desired.
