Boil water in a pot, add salt, garlic, and walnuts, and blanch for 30 seconds.
Blanch spinach for 30 seconds until wilted, then strain and add to a blender.
Add garlic, walnuts, parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the blender, and blend until smooth.
Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving some pasta water.
Strain the pasta and return it to the pot.
Toss the pasta with the green sauce and reserved pasta water, serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
