2 ripe tomatoes, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp ghee, curry leaves, coriander leaves.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and a pinch of turmeric. Let them crackle.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Mash them gently for a thick texture.
Add 2 cups of water, bring it to a boil. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Add curry leaves and coriander leaves for a fresh aroma.
