Paneer, achar (pickle), fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin powder.
Mash the paneer and mix it with achari masala, coriander, ginger, garlic, and spices.
Prepare soft dough for the naan. Flour, water, a pinch of salt, and a little oil. Knead well.
Stuff the dough with the spicy achari paneer mixture.
Cook on a hot tawa or griddle with a little ghee. Flip until golden.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
