Spicy South Indian Style Chicken Curry In 30 Mins

Take  ½ tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp yoghurt,  800g chicken, 3 tbsp oil, 2 green chillies, 1 onion,  2 tomatoes, 100ml coconut milk, a pinch red chilli flakes or chopped fresh coriander, to garnish and salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Firstly, put the turmeric, yoghurt and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the chicken pieces and leave to marinate.

In the next step, Add the garlic, ginger and chillies and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Take a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil, chillies, onions, salt and let them sizzle for about 10 seconds.              make you thirsty later.

Add in all the spices along with the chicken and cook it for about 15-20 minutes until everything is well cooked.

Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!
