Gather your ingredients: instant ramen, kimchi, garlic, soy sauce, gochujang, green onions, and eggs.
In a pot, sauté minced garlic and kimchi until fragrant to enhance the flavor.
Pour in vegetable or chicken broth, add gochujang (Korean chili paste), soy sauce, and let it simmer.
Add the instant ramen noodles into the broth and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Crack an egg into the simmering ramen and cook until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Top with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and extra kimchi for added flavor and texture.
