Spicy Kimchi Chili Mac & Cheese: A Fusion Delight

Heat oil in a pan. then add ground turkey and break it up with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.

Cook The Ground Turkey

Cook onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Add red bell pepper and cook for about 3 minutes until slightly soft.

Saute The Veggies

Add the turkey back to the pot and mix in chili powder. Stir in tomato paste and cook until slightly browned for more flavor.

Add stock and macaroni to simmer. Add the chicken stock and soy sauce and bring to a boil.

Simmer until pasta is tender and liquid is soaked up, 10-12 minutes.

Then add the cheddar cheese, Kimchi, gochujang, and fish sauce. Mix it well.

Add Kimchi & Cheese

Divide among bowls and top with chili crisp, crispy shallots or onions, cilantro, or scallions. Serve & enjoy.
