Eggs, fresh spinach, butter, salt, pepper, grated cheese, garlic, salt.
Chop the fresh spinach into small pieces. Set it aside.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and beat them well.
Melt butter in a hot pan. Add spinach and sauté for a couple of minutes until it wilts.
Pour in the beaten eggs and cook over low heat. Stir occasionally to make soft, fluffy scrambled eggs.
