Cornflour, all-purpose flour, chopped mushrooms, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili powder, pepper, and salt.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to form a thick batter, then coat the mushrooms and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the marinated mushrooms until golden brown and crispy, then drain on a paper towel.
In a pan, heat oil, saute garlic, ginger, and green chilies until aromatic, then stir-fry onions and bell peppers until tender-crisp.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, fried mushrooms and pepper with water until thickened.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat, allowing the mushrooms to absorb the sauce.
Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve and enjoy the crispy, spicy, and flavorful Chili Mushroom.
