Take 500 grams chicken,1 tbsp oil,2 tbsp saunf,Cinnamon 4 piece,1 tbsp cumin seeds,4 Cardamom,4 Cloves, 1Bay Leaf, 1 large Onion,2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 2Green Chillies, 20 Curry leaves, 1tbsp Chilli Powder, 1tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Cumin Powder, 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder and Salt to taste.
Take chicken in a vessel and add in all the spice powders, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Leave it to marinate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pot. Add in all whole spices and let them sizzle. Now add in onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
In the next step add in the marinated chicken and toss well until cooked.
once the chicken is well cooked add a splash of water, bring it to boil, cover the pot and simmer for 20 mins.
Garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander and enjoy!
