This masala corn is a quick, delicious snack you can enjoy anytime, especially during monsoons.
– 2 cups boiled sweet corn – 1 tsp chaat masala – ½ tsp red chili powder – 1 tsp lemon juice – Salt to taste – Fresh coriander for garnish
Boil the sweet corn kernels until soft. You can use fresh or frozen corn for this recipe.
In a large bowl, mix the boiled corn with chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. Add more or less spices according to your taste.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the corn. It gives a fresh, tangy flavor to balance the spices.
Top with freshly chopped coriander for a burst of freshness. Your spicy, tangy masala sweet corn is ready to enjoy!
