Spicy And Delicious Chicken Keema Dosa Recipe

Saute fennel seeds in oil, then add onions, green chili, and curry leaves.

Mix in spices, salt, and tomatoes, cook until mushy. 

Add minced chicken, simmer covered for 15 minutes, and finish with garam masala. 

Heat a tawa and spread dosa batter thinly, cook until golden. 

Add the chicken filling and raw onions to the dosa center. 

Fold into a triangle and serve hot.
