Lingkan Reang
Coat tofu with the prepared mixture and fry until golden, drain and set aside.
Saute ginger-garlic paste in the remaining oil for a minute.
Add onions, chillies, capsicum, salt, and sugar, cook for a couple of minutes.
Mix in sauces and chilli powder, then toss in the fried tofu.
Add vinegar and mix well.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
