Lingkan Reang
Marinate prawns with spices, then deep fry until golden and set aside.
Saute ginger, garlic, and dry red chillies in oil for 1 minute.
Add spring onion whites and capsicum, and saute for another minute.
Add soy sauce, chili sauces, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper, and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Toss in fried prawns and mix with the sauce.
Add cornflour mixture, green onions, toss, and serve.
