Spice Up Your Meal With Kerala-Style Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients

You need a black peppercorns, fennel seeds,  onion, mushroom, capsicum, ginger, garlic, some spices and oil.

Grind

Firstly, take 1 tbsp black peppercorn, fennel seeds in a grinder. Grind to a coarse powder.

Saute

Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds,1 cup thinly sliced onions. Mix the onions very well and sauté on low heat.

Add Ginger Paste

Then, add ginger-garlic paste and saute them.

Add Mushroom

Now, add the sliced mushrooms. Mix very well and sauté on medium heat. Mushrooms will release a lot of water.

Add Capsicum

Then, add 1 cup thinly sliced green capsicum. Mix well and Sauté the capsicum slices.

Add Spices

Next, add the prepared spice powder, some spices and Mix all the spice powders very well.

Serve

Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve Mushroom Pepper Fry hot with chapati or roti.
