- 1 pack Maggi noodles - 1½ cups water - 2 tbsp oil - 4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped - 1 small onion, sliced - 1 green chilli, chopped - 1 tbsp red chilli sauce - 1 tsp soy sauce - ½ tsp vinegar - Fresh coriander for garnish
Boil Maggi noodles (without the tastemaker) for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté until golden. Add onions, green chillies, and cook until soft.
Mix in red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Stir well to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked Maggi noodles and the tastemaker. Toss until the noodles are coated with the chilli garlic mixture.
Garnish with fresh coriander or spring onions and serve hot. Perfect for a spicy snack craving!
