Spice Up Your Day With Chilli Garlic Momos

Ingredients You’ll Need

– Freshly steamed momos – Garlic (finely chopped) – Red chilli paste – Soy sauce – Cornflour slurry – Vinegar – Spring onions

Prepare The Sauce

Sauté garlic in oil, add red chilli paste, soy sauce, and a splash of vinegar. Pour in sauces, salt, sugar and mix well. Add water and bring it to a boil. Pour in  in cornflour slurry and mix well. The sauce will thicken. 

Toss The Momos

Add the steamed momos into the sauce and toss until they’re evenly coated.

Garnish And Serve

Sprinkle chopped spring onions for a fresh crunch. Serve hot and enjoy!
