Soya chunks, Potatoes, Cashew nuts, Onions, Tomatoes, Spices (garam masala, cumin, turmeric), and Cream.
Mix ground soya chunks, mashed potatoes, and spices. Shape into small balls.
Deep fry the soya koftas until golden and crisp. Set aside.
Saute onions, add tomato puree, and cook with spices. Add cashew paste and cook into a creamy sauce.
Stir in cream and simmer the gravy for a few minutes.
Gently add the fried koftas to the gravy. Simmer for 5-7 minutes and serve hot. Enjoy your rich and creamy Soya Malai Kofta!
