Soya chaap, Flour (for dough), Onions, ginger, garlic, Spices (cumin, garam masala, red chili powder), Soy sauce and sesame oil (for marination).
Mix flour with water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Marinate soya chaap pieces with soy sauce, sesame oil, and spices. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Saute onions, ginger, garlic, and spices. Add the marinated soya chaap and cook until tender.
Roll the dough into small circles, place the filling in the center, and fold into momo shapes.
Steam the soya chaap momos for 10-12 minutes and serve hot with chutney. Enjoy your tasty and spicy Soya Chaap Momos.
