Activate yeast by mixing with warm water and sugar, let foam for 5 minutes.
Combine flour, salt, oil, and yeast mixture to form dough, let rise for 1 hour.
Prepare garlic spread by mixing ingredients into a smooth paste.
Roll out dough, spread garlic paste, roll into a log, and cut into portions.
Arrange in a buttered pan, let rise for 45 minutes, and bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes.
Brush with butter and serve warm with tea.
