Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, oil, yogurt, and water to form a soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling by mixing the ingredients in a bowl.
Flatten a portion of dough, apply butter, roll it, then shape into a ball and flatten again.
Place the filling in the center, seal, and roll into a kulcha.
Cook on a hot tawa, drizzling oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Brush with butter, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
