1 cup fresh strawberries, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cup cold milk .
Wash the strawberries well & Chop 1 cup strawberries .
Toss them with sugar and set aside for 5 minutes for the juices to macerate.

Transfer to a saucepan and, on low-medium heat, cook till the berries soften, and the juices start running. About 5 to 7 minutes.

Top with your milk of choice. Garnish with diced strawberries.
