– 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking powder – ½ cup butter – ¾ cup sugar – 2 eggs – ½ cup milk – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
Mix Flour and cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk, and whisk until combined.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries for bursts of juicy flavor in every bite.
Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with your favorite buttercream or whipped cream.
