Preheat the oven to 180°C. 

Season chicken with salt and chili flakes, then sear in olive oil for 4-5 minutes on one side. 

Flip the chicken, place it in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes. 

Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before cubing. 

In a bowl, combine lettuce, onions, and cherry tomatoes, then top with cubed chicken. 

Drizzle with dressing, toss, and serve immediately.
