Simple & Delicious Mutton Cutlet Recipe

Heat oil, saute fennel seeds, onions, curry leaves, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add minced mutton, cook until browned, then add salt, spices, green peas, ketchup, and mashed potatoes.

Mix well and transfer to a bowl.

Add breadcrumbs if mixture is wet, then shape into balls and flatten.

Coat in egg and breadcrumbs, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve with ketchup.
