Sugar, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla.
Melt the sugar over medium heat in a saucepan until golden.
Whisk together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the custard over the caramel in your dish carefully.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until set.
Let the flan cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours & serve.
