Cut cauliflower into florets and steam until tender but crisp.
Mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and water to create a smooth batter.
Dip steamed florets in the batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
In a pan, heat oil, add garlic, green chilies, and saute. Then stir in honey and soy sauce.
Toss the fried cauliflower in the sauce until well-coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions. Serve hot as an appetiser!
