Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken, then deep fry until golden brown and set aside.
Saute chillies, ginger, and garlic in oil and butter until fragrant.
Add onions, garlic puree, and cook until the raw smell disappears.
Stir in sauces, salt, sugar, and water, bring to a boil.
Add fried chicken, simmer for 3-4 minutes, and thicken with cornflour slurry.
Finish with pepper and spring onions, and serve with rice or noodles.
