Simple And Delicious Chilli Chicken Recipe

Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and prepare all ingredients.

Mix batter ingredients(maida, cornstarch, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, and black pepper) to a thick consistency.

Coat the chicken pieces with the batter.

Heat oil for deep frying and fry the batter-coated chicken until golden brown, drain and set aside.

In the same oil, saute onions, ginger, garlic, and green chillies until soft.

Add soya sauce, vinegar or lemon juice, and ketchup, then incorporate the fried chicken and capsicum, cooking on low heat.

Mix well, adjust salt, garnish with spring onions or coriander, and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
