Lingkan Reang
Marinate prawns with spices and set aside for 10 minutes.
Cook prawns in oil for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
Saute onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, and capsicum in the same pan.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, and mix.
Toss in cooked prawns and stir-fry with rice for 2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
