Take some paneer,tomatoes,cashews,garam masala,yogurt,ginger, sugar,cream,fresh coriander and kasuri methi.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, peppercorns, Cinnamon sticks, green and black cardamoms, and cloves.
In the next step, add some chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chili, cashews, dried red chili, and salt.
Add half a cup of water and let it cook for about 10 minutes and then blend it in a jar.
Then add the paste, yogurt and butter in a pan to form a smooth gravy.
In the next step, add Paneer cubes, sugar, garam masala, and salt to taste and let it cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add in Kasoori methi, coriander leaves, and cream in the pan and stir it well.
Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and enjoy!
