Lingkan Reang
Soak cubed paneer in hot water until needed.
Cook onions and grinding ingredients, then blend into a smooth puree.
Saute whole spices in oil, add onion puree, and cook until thickened.
Mix in chilli powder, garam masala, and whisked yogurt, cook briefly.
Add water, bring to a boil, then simmer with drained paneer.
Finish with salt, sugar, cream, and coriander leaves, serve hot.
