The Junglee Mutton is a traditional Rajasthani dish. Here's how we can make this recipe in easy steps.
Take red chillies, fresh Garlic pods, coriander seeds, black pepper corns, green cardamom, star anise, mace also known as javitri, bay leaf and turmeric powder.
Blend in all the spices into a quick masala paste.
Marinate the Mutton for about 1 hr after adding the special masala paste, lemon juice, thick yogurt & salt to the mutton pieces.
In the next step add ghee into a large pan and heat it over medium heat.
Add in the mutton and cook it until oil leaves the sides of the pan and it becomes tender and soft.
Serve this delicious Junglee mutton with rice and enjoy!
